How to install in Outlook (Windows / Mac / new Outlook)
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Outlook → Settings (gear) → Accounts → Signatures (classic Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures).
  3. Create a new signature, click inside the editor and paste (Ctrl/Cmd + V).
  4. Set it as the default for new messages and replies, then save.
  5. Classic Outlook for Windows only: if pasting loses formatting, use Download .htm and put the file in %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.
How to install in Gmail
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Gmail → Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
  3. Paste into the signature box, choose it for new emails and replies, then Save changes at the bottom.
How to install in Apple Mail
  1. Click Copy signature above.
  2. Mail → Settings → Signatures → select your account → +.
  3. Untick Always match my default message font, then paste into the right-hand box.
